    Anyone fabricated a heat shield for the header? I'm trying to make on for my DC Sports header. The heat apparenty is too much and is killing my A/C. Any help/hints is appreciated.

    Okay I guess this is not possible. I cruised around those hardware stores and don't think there's an easy way to make that heat shield for an aftermarket header. I guess I'll just have to wrap the A/C and other hoses up with some insulation materials.
